Ordering

Until our new online store is launched we are offering an online order form to allow customers to place orders. Fill out the form with your details and the print you would like to order and choose a payment method.

If you choose to pay by Paypal you will receive an email within 24 hours with a link to take you to Paypal's secure online payment page where you can pay by credit or debit card or using your Paypal account. If you choose to pay over the phone then we will be in touch during working hours for your card details and your payment will be processed by our card terminal in the studio as a "cardholder not present" transaction.

If you choose to pay by cheque then we shall email to confirm that we have received your order - your order will not be despatched until payment is received. Cheques should be made payable to Digitata Ltd and sent to Thistle Art, Digitata Ltd, Studio 29, Six Harmony Row, Glasgow, G51 3BA.

Delivery

UK delivery is £9.95 per order.

Prices for overseas delivery vary depending on size, weight, and destination, please email or call us for a quote.

All canvas prints are individually printed and stretched to order. We aim to deliver all canvases within 21 days from receipt of your order and payment. Delivery may take longer for bespoke items and commissions but we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. All orders are despatched by carrier and require a signature on delivery.

Returns Policy

All of our prints are made to order in the image and size requested by the customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our prints, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned. The colours and appearances of images on canvas may vary from the way they appear on a screen and computer monitors vary in colour depending on the calibration. We cannot then be responsible if the colour on the final canvas differs slightly from the image seen on your computer monitor.

Faulty or damaged goods - You must check goods on delivery. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, this must be communicated to the delivery company at time of delivery. You should then email thistleart.com within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you accordingly. You will then have the option of accepting replacement goods, or receiving a full refund.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Thistle Art will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance. We may notify you by email about special offers, events and products we think you would want to hear about. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter and announcements, please contact us or click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email when you receive it.
